The people

Our story
Tuza is Swahili for "to reward, to honour." It is what a brand does when it is built with care: it honours the people who make it and the people who choose it. We named the studio for that idea, then set out to earn it.
Tuza started by building our own: a wildlife label, a travel house, a photography name, a conservation trust. Each one was made to give something back, and Tuza is the thread that runs through all of them.
We loved the work enough to open it up to others. From Nairobi, we stay close to every brand we make and live with the craft day to day, so the story always rings true.
